Licence-ready
Ready for your holiday home permit.
Holiday homes in Dubai need a permit from the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET, formerly DTCM), and units must have certain safety items in place. Every package includes them, fitted before handover:
- First aid kit
- Safe box
- Exit sign (English/Arabic)
- Wall-mounted torch
- Balcony child lock
- Prayer mat & qibla direction
The permit application itself is made by you or your operator. We make sure the unit is ready for it. Official rules: Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism.
